An Evening of Irish Music
"The Dirty Hurlers"

Based out of Fargo, ND, the Dirty Hurlers high-energy, sing-along choruses,
and amicable harmonies
have taken them everywhere from pubs to festivals to
college campuses. In 2008, the group was judged to be the Irish Idol
winners
at the Minnesota Irish Fair in St. Paul. The Dirty Hurlers'
blend of traditional and modern Irish folk music
include their own
arrangements, and selections from the following artists:

Admission is free and the dancing instructions begin at 6:30
Céilí (pronounced KAY-lee) is an Irish social dance.
The dances will be taught and moves called out. Beginners are welcome.
Céilí music is provided by the Sioux Falls Céilí Band which includes fiddle,
flute, concertina, bodhrán & guitar.
The music is cheerful and lively, and the basic steps can be learned easily.
An instructional session will be provided by Joan Reddy for new dancers
before the start of each dance.
